Project OS — Legal

Project OS is an internal tool provided by Zillow Group for use by authorized employees and contractors only. Access is restricted to Zillow Group email addresses.

This service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Zillow Group makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or completeness of information stored or generated by this system.

By using Project OS you agree to use it only for legitimate internal business purposes in accordance with Zillow Group's acceptable use policies. Do not store confidential information beyond what is appropriate for internal project management.

Zillow Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this service at any time without notice.

Project OS collects and stores the following information to operate the service:

• Your Zillow Group email address and name (via Google OAuth sign-in)
• Your Google profile picture
• Project and vault content you create or import
• Slack messages from channels where the Project OS bot is active
• Google Docs you explicitly share with the service

This data is stored in a private database accessible only to authorized Zillow Group systems and administrators. It is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., OpenAI for generating embeddings and answers).

Data is retained for the lifetime of the project or until deleted by an authorized user. Questions about your data can be directed to the team operating this service.
